My name’s Katherine and I’m a psychotherapist-in-training at BCPC working from a humanistic & integrative approach – meaning I combine various techniques and perspectives with the aim to support you on your unique journey. At the moment, my practice is in-person only and my current rate is £25 per 50 minute session. I am a trainee member of UKCP and I comply with their ethics and values, If you would like to book an initial session to see if we are a right fit for one another, please don’t hesitate to contact me on the below number and/or email address, alternatively you can use my Contact Form – this is a good opportunity to ask any questions you may have about me and my practice or the psychotherapy process in general.

If you have found your way to this page, I am already curious what has brought you here – and that is where I suppose we may or may not begin. Maybe it’s day to day life – relationships, work, parenthood? Or maybe you’ve had experiences of grief, anxiety, depression or stress? Perhaps you are struggling with a sense of who you are and who you want to be – or maybe a traumatic experience from the past that you have having difficulty processing.
Whatever has brought you here, we can try to unravel and understand it together. I aim to be there alongside you to support, listen, and provide my own therapeutic perspective – sometimes gently challenging, with the hope of something shifting for the better. Always at your own pace – change can take time so I encourage allowing yourself patience and compassion.
